Terms of Service

1. Services

Certified Raw Entertainment, LLC provides professional recording, production, selective mixing, and beat licensing services. By booking a session or purchasing a beat license you agree to the terms applicable to that transaction.

2. Bookings and Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a studio session. The remaining balance is due at the session. To reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. One reschedule may be approved, subject to availability, and the existing deposit may be transferred to the new date. Cancellations, no-shows, and reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit.

3. Beat Licensing

Certified Raw uses two primary beat-license tiers: Premium Non-Exclusive and Exclusive License. A Premium license grants limited non-exclusive commercial rights under the purchased license terms. An Exclusive license prevents Certified Raw from issuing new third-party artist licenses for the applicable beat after purchase, subject to prior licenses and rights expressly reserved in the Exclusive agreement. An Exclusive license is not automatically a sale or assignment of the producer's underlying musical composition or other reserved rights. The specific BeatStars or written license issued for a transaction controls the exact term, usage limits, royalties, publishing, credit, ownership, synchronization, and other rights for that purchase.

4. Revisions

Mixing services include revisions as stated in the applicable service agreement, quote, or booking terms. Revision requests should be submitted promptly after delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Original beats, musical compositions, instrumental masters, productions, and other creative works remain with their applicable owner or rights holder except to the extent specific rights are expressly granted in a written license or agreement. Client-provided vocals, lyrics, and other client-created material remain subject to the applicable project or licensing agreement. If these general website terms conflict with a specific beat license or signed project agreement, the specific agreement controls for that transaction.

6. Payment

Studio session balances are due at the session. All other services are due in full upon completion unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing in advance. Beat-license rights do not become effective until the applicable license fee has been paid as required by the license agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Certified Raw Entertainment, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where such a limitation is prohibited by law or inconsistent with a specific written agreement governing the transaction. Any specific beat license or project agreement may contain separate remedies and enforcement provisions that control.

8. RAW Social (TikTok Publishing Studio)

These terms apply when you use RAW Social at certifiedrawentertainment.com/raw-social, in addition to the rest of this page.

  • You may only connect a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage, and you must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • You are responsible for every video you post, and you confirm you own or have the rights to everything in it, including any music. By posting you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy.
  • You are responsible for choosing the correct visibility, interaction settings and disclosures, including labeling promotional or paid-partnership content and AI-generated content as TikTok requires.
  • RAW Social only posts when you press "Post to TikTok" after confirming your settings. It does not post automatically or on a schedule on your behalf.
  • Public visibility is available only after TikTok approves RAW Social for it. Until then, posts can be sent as "Only me".
  • To keep the service reliable, RAW Social may limit usage (for example, a daily number of posts per creator or the number of connected creators) and may suspend access that appears abusive or violates these terms.
  • You can disconnect your TikTok account and delete your data in RAW Social at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored.
  • RAW Social is provided as-is, may be unavailable from time to time, and depends on TikTok's services, which we do not control. RAW Social is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its owner.
