1. Services
Certified Raw Entertainment, LLC provides professional studio recording, mixing, mastering, production, and beat licensing services. By booking a session or purchasing a beat license you agree to the terms applicable to that transaction.
2. Bookings and Deposits
All studio sessions require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit.
3. Beat Licensing
Certified Raw uses two primary beat-license tiers: Premium Non-Exclusive and Exclusive License. A Premium license grants limited non-exclusive commercial rights under the purchased license terms. An Exclusive license prevents Certified Raw from issuing new third-party artist licenses for the applicable beat after purchase, subject to prior licenses and rights expressly reserved in the Exclusive agreement. An Exclusive license is not automatically a sale or assignment of the producer's underlying musical composition or other reserved rights. The specific BeatStars or written license issued for a transaction controls the exact term, usage limits, royalties, publishing, credit, ownership, synchronization, and other rights for that purchase.
4. Revisions
Mixing and mastering services include revisions as stated in the applicable service agreement, quote, or booking terms. Revision requests should be submitted promptly after delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
Original beats, musical compositions, instrumental masters, productions, and other creative works remain with their applicable owner or rights holder except to the extent specific rights are expressly granted in a written license or agreement. Client-provided vocals, lyrics, and other client-created material remain subject to the applicable project or licensing agreement. If these general website terms conflict with a specific beat license or signed project agreement, the specific agreement controls for that transaction.
6. Payment
All services are due in full upon completion unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing in advance. Beat-license rights do not become effective until the applicable license fee has been paid as required by the license agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Certified Raw Entertainment, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where such a limitation is prohibited by law or inconsistent with a specific written agreement governing the transaction. Any specific beat license or project agreement may contain separate remedies and enforcement provisions that control.
